返品・交換について

商品に不良、破損、またはご注文内容と異なる商品が届いた場合は、商品到着後7日以内にお問い合わせください。

商品の性質上、お客様のご都合による開封・使用済み商品の返品・交換はお受けできません。

返品・交換をご希望の場合は、商品を返送する前に必ずKaori Premiumまでお問い合わせください。

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from your order, please contact Kaori Premium within 7 days of delivery.

Due to the nature of fragrance products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of opened or used items due to a change of mind.
